And then the Blizzard Came- 2011

This Blizzard abruptly causing all of our lives to stop.

Our day consists of getting up, making th boys breakfast, they clean a little before playing, play the wii, watch 2 movies, and by then Toby is almost home.
I am doing homework when I can, ususally as any mom knows their isn't a time when they don't need anything. So they keep me on my toes!

I know I have cabin fever, and cannot wait to go back to school!

OU vs Colorado

Toby took the boys to all three of their first OU basketball game, and it was Star wars day. They were all decked out in their star wars Shirts, got free darth vador key chains. They had a great time while I was stuck at work.

Bear plays T-ball

I have been waiting all Tagen's 5 year old life for him to play sports, and Finally.. he is playing T-ball. It is really fun to watch. He called the dug out, a " dig out" and met his best buddy, Isaac, who has curly curly hair, they are adorable together. Tagen is really good at going for the ball when he plays in the outfield. When he bats, he is getting better and better. He plays for the Enviro Eagles, and even though we have not one a game yet, lol... he is having fun. I don't even keep up with the score. It's not like they are playing in the major league...lol. I am very proud of Tagen. He is doing good in school. His teacher told me he is very smart. He likes to talk, and is very active, but he always is the first one to call out an answer while digging in his school box at the same time. She said he is going to be my doctor.

Javier- age 10

Javi, My first nephew. I had so much fun playing with him when he was little. His personality is so unique. He is growing up, andsometimes it seems Javi doesn't want to hug or talk on the phone anymore, but those are the times I grab him , hug him, and kiss him on the top of the head. He just smiles- just like in this pic.

I Love my niece Alexis- She is one of my best friends. Lexi, or who I call Lou or Lu- whichever way I want to spell it is my pride and joy. She is beautiful, and so sweet. She takes care of Tagen with the patience of a big sister. I'm so proud of her for chasing Logan and Tagen around and loving every minute of it. One of my latest favorite stories of Lex is when we were at mom's for a get together, and of course the boy's were outside without shoes. feet dirty! They wanted to come in the house, you hear all the adults, "your feet are dirty", "wash your feet off before you come in." Then the adults go back to their conversations, ignoring two 4 yearolds with dirty feet. I look outside and see Lexi with a water hose washing their feet, and getting their shoes on so there feet wouldn't get dirty again. I was so appreciative for her that day. No one ever noticed. No one even asked her to do it. I noticed, and I wanted to just say "thank you Lex, for all you do that goes unnoticed". I gave her hug, and said thanks Lex! She just smiled and bounced along all happy. My sister has done a great job raising her. - I love this pic cuz her feet are all dirty! lol..but so cute

Yesterday was a fun day for us. We went to Incredible pizza. The boys must have been so tired that they passed out on the way there. we enjoyed the sweetness of them asleep to get ready for what was in store....running, playing, and more running. I don't think Tagenn ever stopped running. Toby and Kyle stuck together and tagen and I ran..non-stop..it was fun..enjoy the pics!

Shhhh...

This is me and my Bear. We have stuck together always! I remember when I had him, he was so little and I miss that! I thank God for him everyday. In this picture he was sound asleep after a trip to the zoo for his class field trip!
